Speech of Rugby
I’m going to talk about rugby. In New Zealand, the most famous sport is rugby. Rugby is known as a national sport in New Zealand. And we can watch this exciting game all the year round. All New Zealanders are taking pleasure to watch rugby game. They really love rugby.
There are a lot of rugby teams in New Zealand. The most famous team is the All Blacks. All Blacks represent New Zealand. The All Blacks is known as the number one team in the world. All Blacks player always do traditional the Maori’s dance of going to fight before the game. This dance is called the Haka.
And I think rugby is not famous in Japan. The most popular Japanese rugby is the nonprofessional rugby league sponsored by corporations. And high school rugby and university rugby are popular too. But I think Japanese rugby is not on a high level.

I’m going to talk about La Tomatina’s origin. This festival started from 1945. There are a variety of views about La tomatina’s origin.
I would you like to tell the most famous La tomatina’s origin. The end of August in 1945, a man began a fight with other man in the town festival parade. And the man threw a tomato from nearby vegetable store. Another man threw tomato back. A police officer stopped them, but they fought and threw tomato again at same place next year. Throwing tomato duel was carried out every year from this happening. And this event became town festival. But the festival was banned by police in 1951 because it became excessive and dangerous. A lot of people hoped the festival revival. At last La Tomatina was revived by Bunol City. This was La Tomatina’s beginning. And now, this festival is loved by many people.
